To make them into an unbelievably easy and amazing dessert, I added in some frozen banana and almonds, blitzed it all in a small food processor I used the Bamix attachment and in one minute I had a healthy and satisfying way to end my day. To make frozen banana, simply peel and chop a banana or two and place it in a snap lock bag in the freezer to use when ever you need some creaminess in your ice cream, smoothies or acai bowls.
You can also make fantastically healthy and delicious ice cream for kids or adults by blitzing frozen banana with any other fresh fruit or a tiny bit of soda water or coconut water. They are available at the Staple Store in Ripponlea or at health food stores.
